We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Handler or Commercial Claims Specialist to join our team at Stanmore Insurance Brokers Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle new business enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments with attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Advise clients throughout the claims process, providing support and care at every stage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of insurance services.
- Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English at A-C/4-9 level.
- At least 2 years of experience in the commercial insurance sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fantastic attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
- A competitive salary and benefits package.

- Support with CII qualifications (if of interest).
