About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Handler or Commercial Claims Specialist to join our team at Stanmore Insurance Brokers Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Handle new business enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments with attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
  • Advise clients throughout the claims process, providing support and care at every stage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of insurance services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English at A-C/4-9 level.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the commercial insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fantastic attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
