About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit and Accounts Senior to join our team in Stourbridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a varied client portfolio, working closely with Managers and Partners to ensure deadlines and budgets are being met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse client portfolio, working collaboratively with Managers and Partners to deliver high-quality services
  • Support with the auditing of limited company and charity accounts, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction
  • Prepare statutory accounts and corporation tax computations with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Oversee junior staff, providing guidance and training to ensure their growth and development
  • Build trusted client relationships, proactively handling queries and concerns
  • Monitor and interpret changes in legislation and industry trends, ensuring our services remain relevant and effective

Requirements
  • AAT / ACA / ACCA qualified, part-qualified or AAT Level 4 studying
  • Recent relevant experience within UK practice
  • Strong technical skills, covering audit and accounts preparation
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to progress within the firm
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
