Job Title: Partner

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious accounting professional to join our team as a Partner. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our accounting services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality accounting services to clients, with a strong focus on business advisory and full-service accountancy. You will be responsible for overseeing tax and audit provision, assisting in strategic planning and delivery, and ensuring the high-quality provision of accounting services.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £110,000 - £150,000 per annum, a generous pension scheme, and a range of additional benefits. You will also have the opportunity to develop your own fee income, coach and mentor a committed junior team, and contribute to the strategic planning and delivery of business services.

Requirements
  • ACCA/ACA qualified
  • Demonstrable history of career progression in accountancy practice
  • A proven record of accomplishment of developing new and profitable revenue streams
  • Technically proficient in all areas of accountancy
  • An entrepreneurial, can-do attitude to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • An experienced leader who leads by example and inspires others
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
