We are seeking a highly skilled Building Safety Manager to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Building Safety Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and their residents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement building safety cases for high-risk buildings in accordance with the Building Safety Act.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop plans for the delivery of fire safety work and services in high-risk buildings.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory duties and Health and Safety best practice.
- Lead resident engagement strategies for higher risk buildings.
- Manage the Building Safety budget and work with colleagues to ensure proper charging and recovery of costs.
- Experience in Social Housing and working with customers within housing.
- Risk assessment and management skills.
- Financial management and budgeting skills.
- Compliance and due diligence expertise.
- Fire qualification such as NEBOSH or Fire Management.
- Hybrid working arrangements.
- Flexible working days.
