About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Recruiter to join our Talent Team at g2 Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to support our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from identifying prospects to interview stage and final onboarding
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop strategies to meet headcount targets
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and work proactively to anticipate business requirements
  • Organize Assessment Centres and external events, such as career fairs and sponsorships
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
