Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary lead under senior management on a variety of bespoke residential projects.
  • Oversee small teams and maintain direct communication with private clients, developers, regulatory bodies, contractors, and consultants.
  • Develop and manage project documentation using Microstation.
  • Ensure quality control and supervision of construction activities on-site.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fully qualified Part III architect with proven experience in delivering high-quality bespoke residential projects.
  • Strong design sensibility with a commitment to creating beautifully crafted and detailed environments.
  • Experience in client relations and project coordination.
  • Excellent technical skills with a comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations and standards.
  • A proactive and confident individual with outstanding communication abilities, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
