About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Priory Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be reliable, friendly, and have a person-centred approach. You will work well in a team, have excellent communication skills, and be eager to learn and develop your skills. A valid UK driving licence is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote independence and encourage individuals to live as independently as possible.
  • Achieve goals and celebrate personal successes with individuals.
  • Update person-centred support and care plans, charts, and daily notes.
  • Encourage socialisation and engagement in activities that promote personal growth.
  • Provide personal care and support tailored to individual needs.
  • Build relationships and liaise with external specialists as needed.
