About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Bank Support Worker to join our team at Priory SL North Yorkshire – York. As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

About You

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, resilient, and able to work well in a team. You will have excellent communication skills and be eager to learn and develop your skills. A valid UK driving licence is required for this role.

DBS Disclosure
