Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Store Manager to lead our new charity shop in Crouch End, London.
As a Senior Store Manager, you will be responsible for maximising income generation and ensuring all targets are met and exceeded.
You will work closely with the Area Manager to understand stock requirements and oversee the maintenance and health & safety of the shop.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver annual store financial and contribution targets
- Deliver against store KPI's
- Visual merchandising the store, maximising all opportunities
- Driving new business into the store
- Liaising with the local community
- Recruiting volunteers for the store
Previous Store Manager experience within charity or retail is essential. You will also need to be flexible to cover store opening hours and weekends.
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service and supporter relationship building skills, as well as experience in managing a large team of volunteers.
An understanding of charity retail would be a distinct advantage and a passion for the charity sector is essential.
