Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at LycaHealth. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring the provision of excellent, evidence-based nursing care at all times.
  • Act as a facilitator, helper, and supporter to visiting Consultants and other Clinicians and Practitioners, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in the safe, elective, and efficient management of the department within allocated resources, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow.
  • Ensure the provision of a welcoming, caring, clean, and safe environment for patients, adhering to high standards of hygiene and infection control.
  • Communicate complex and sensitive information effectively to patients, carers, and other staff, overcoming any barriers to understanding and providing support during distressing or emotional events.

Requirements:

  • Competitive salary of £33,000 per annum.
