We are seeking a talented Digital Design Specialist to join our team at Digital Waffle, a boutique Branding Agency based in the UK. As a key member of our design team, you will work closely with our experienced Creative Director and Account Manager to deliver innovative and effective digital and print designs for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with our Creative Director and Account Manager to develop and implement design strategies that meet client needs.
  • Design and develop digital and print materials, including branding, marketing materials, and advertising campaigns.
  • Interpret client briefs and develop creative solutions that meet their goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of design and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design.

**Key Experience/ Characteristics:**

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your digital and print design experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a design role, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other design software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices.
