We are seeking a talented Digital Design Specialist to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging digital experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with our experienced team of designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
  • Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and other interactive experiences.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and develop design solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our designs are always cutting-edge.
  • Contribute to the development of our design team's skills and knowledge through training, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including user experience, user interface, and visual design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other design tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
