About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Valuation Surveyor to join our Valuation Services team at Christie & Co. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Retail Valuations Director with the day-to-day management of our valuation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with on-site surveys, including property inspections and measurements, to ensure accurate valuations.
  • Work towards completing your APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) to Level 3 (L3) Valuation.
  • Support external client meetings to build your client contact base and contribute to business growth.
  • Attend social events to maintain a strong work-life balance and contribute to the development of Christie & Co's corporate image.
Requirements
  • RICS Accredited property degree.
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Report writing skills.
