About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Castleholme Lodge, a 20-bed care home providing mental health services for adults with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for service users
  • Support and mentor colleagues to promote positive teamwork
  • Record and report service user changes, maintaining accurate records of care provided

Requirements

  • Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration
  • Strong team-working skills and self-motivation
  • Positive attitude and natural caring and compassionate nature
  • Commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice
