Job Title: NEC 4 ECC Supervisor
Job Type: Contract
Location: Remote (with occasional travel to project sites)
Contract Duration: 12 months
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced NEC 4 ECC Supervisor to join our team at CPS Group Limited. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the NEC 4 Project Manager and Client Project Manager to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Build strong and effective working relationships with stakeholders and client's project teams.
- Ensure construction activities are performed in compliance with the project specification and quality standards.
- Coordinate stakeholders and manage change orders.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on site activities and progress.
Requirements:
- Experience working on Highways and Transport infrastructure projects.
- Experience working across multiple projects valued £100,000 to £25 million.
- Relevant NEC contract and professional qualifications.
- Knowledge of CDM, health and safety, and environmental regulations.
- Driving license and business insurance.
- Appropriate level of CSCS Card.
