NEC 4 Supervisor

As a NEC 4 Supervisor, you'll be responsible for developing a full understanding of the scope, accessing project common data environments, and monitoring site activity. You'll also maintain accurate records of daily site activities, conditions, and resources.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the project scope.
- Accessing project common data environments to obtain construction details and other necessary information.
- Monitoring site activity through regular site visits and inspections.
- Maintaining accurate records of daily site activities, conditions, and resources.
Requirements include:
- Relevant construction experience and a good understanding of construction methods.
- A commitment to delivering to agreed quality standards.
- A good working knowledge of the NEC4 engineering and construction contract (ECC).
