Job Summary:

Avolon M&E is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Site Operations to oversee the refurbishment of a hotel and leisure facility. The successful candidate will ensure timely delivery within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from site operations to client liaison, ensuring health and safety compliance and maintaining quality control.
  • Be responsible for budget management, contract administration, and leading the project team, including subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Regularly report progress and proactively manage risks to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in site or project management.
  • A proven track record in managing high-value refurbishment projects, particularly within historic or listed buildings.
  • Experience with JCT contracts and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
