Position Overview

Job Title: Neonatal Care Nurse

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of infants, identifying nursing challenges and requirements in collaboration with their families or caregivers.
  • Evaluating potential risks to infants, recognizing those who may be vulnerable, and responding in line with organizational policies, seeking guidance from senior colleagues as necessary.
  • Participating in the delivery of infants with predictable needs and ensuring their safe transport and admission to the Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU).
  • Assisting in the delivery of infants with complex needs, ensuring their safe transport to SCBU, with supervision as required.
  • Engaging in the aforementioned responsibilities and additional related tasks as needed.
