Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Home Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery in our care homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve resident outcomes
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
