Glasgow City Council is seeking a highly skilled Project Support Officer to join its Property Asset Management service. The successful candidate will play a key support role in the Council's successful People Make Glasgow Communities Programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Assistant Group Manager and the Property Asset Management team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the Council's Property and Land Strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- A degree in a Business/Property/Facilities Management discipline, or relevant experience.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
