Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to fee earners, including answering telephone calls, taking messages, and managing their diaries.
  • Assist with the billing and credit control process, including generating accurate billing reports and draft bills.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records on our client relationship management tool, including client contact details and billing information.
  • Coordinate fee earner movements and make travel arrangements as required.
  • Manage the client and matter inception process, ensuring files are opened in a timely manner in accordance with our policies.
  • Coordinate the completion of document production, including digital dictations and manuscript amendments, e-filing, and file management.
Requirements
  • Competent with the Microsoft Office suite.
