Your key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing, executing, and enhancing the initial phase of Open Innovation for R&D packaging.
- Utilizing and refining methodologies for systematic scouting and attracting innovative solutions.
- Assessing options and mapping alternatives for optimal decision-making.
- Collaborating with design partners to articulate the potential of identified solutions.
We seek a seasoned professional with a background in Engineering, Materials Science, Packaging Science, Industrial Design, or a related discipline. You should possess the capability to engage with leadership, work independently, employ digital search strategies, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
