Job Title: SEN Teacher of English

We are seeking an experienced English teacher to join our team at Prospero Teaching, working with students with complex learning and medical needs.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position, covering personal support for children and young adults, creating an environment where students can achieve their full potential and have fun.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality English lessons to students with SEND, PMLD, Autism, or ADHD
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assess and report on student progress, identifying areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans to meet student needs
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with students with SEND, PMLD, Autism, or ADHD
  • QTS, PGCE, or equivalent qualification
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable)
  • Right to Work in the UK and enhanced child barred list DBS certificate
