Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to young people within a residential setting.
  • Create a nurturing and structured environment conducive to personal growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement care plans and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care.
