Senior/Principal Mechanical Engineer Opportunity

Vertical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Mechanical Engineer to join their Building Services team in Manchester City Centre. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept design to RIBA Stage 3 draft Contractor Proposal stages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and lead projects to deliver high-quality results.
  • Work closely with the Education Lead to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Lead a team of engineers, energy modellers, and BIM technicians to deliver projects from concept design to RIBA Stage 3 draft Contractor Proposal stages.
  • Manage projects through the Final Contractor Proposal stage and oversee the construction stages.
  • Develop and implement design and modelling processes to meet business requirements and DfE standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in client engagement through the CEM process and fast-track project management.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
