Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with BRC standards and oversee audits to maintain our high standards.
  • Manage and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) and HACCP plans to ensure product safety.
  • Lead the implementation of food safety compliance programs across our manufacturing site.
  • Conduct food risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks to product safety.
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues for customers, third-party contractors, and auditors.
  • Lead crisis management efforts, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Manage, train, and mentor the quality and technical team to ensure continuous professional development and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Technical Manager/Senior Quality Assurance in the food/drinks manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of BRC, HACCP, GFSI, and food safety compliance standards.
  • Strong understanding of food risk management and crisis resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and third parties.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
