We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Administrator to play a vital role in maintaining a safe work environment at our Doncaster facility.

  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Implement and oversee Health & Safety policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization to continuously improve safety practices and protocols.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
  • Deliver engaging training programs to educate employees on safety procedures, best practices, and relevant legislation.
  • Lead site audits and investigations to ensure adherence to safety standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Actively participate in Safety Committee meetings, contributing your expertise and insights to enhance workplace safety.

What We Look For:

  • Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within a similar industry setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and concise information dissemination.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
