Executive Assistant to CEO and COO

Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO at Katie Bard. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day planning and coordination activities across the organization on behalf of the CEO and COO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide confidential, accurate, and efficient administrative support to the CEO & COO, including internal and external communication management.
- Ensure the efficient running of the office, delivering high standards of service for the Board of Directors & Senior Management Team (SMT).
- Coordinate all meetings and diary commitments, including travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and itinerary planning.
- Manage correspondence and telephone and monitoring and managing emails and letters to the CEO, disseminating information as needed and maintaining comprehensive filing systems.
- Lead HR administrative processes, including recruitment, contract provision, onboarding, and performance review collation.
- Oversee office management tasks such as rota planning, meeting coordination, and annual planning.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be highly proactive, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
