About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team at Sense Scotland. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Our Finglassie Service is a dynamic and supportive environment where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized support plans, ensuring that each individual receives the care and support they need to achieve their goals and aspirations.

As a Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing emotional and practical support to our service users, including assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and facilitating access to community activities. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of our service's policies and procedures.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering person-centered care and support, and who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our service users.
