Key Responsibilities

As a Project Agent, you will play a crucial role within the major projects HPC team, taking charge of a project by effectively managing resources (personnel, finances, and physical assets) to ensure safety and timely delivery to the required standards.

You will be an integral member of our expanding roads and networks team, which is responsible for establishing the permanent infrastructure that connects the main facilities, facilitating the commissioning and operational readiness of the power station. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing a significant segment of the project, ensuring accurate documentation of all labor, equipment, materials, and supply chain resources.
  • Assisting in the implementation and monitoring of Performance and Health & Safety policies in alignment with Kierbam standards, including reporting and auditing through the clients' Insight system.
  • Encouraging collaborative efforts among project team members to foster a unified team spirit, while also focusing on the development of team members.
  • Assuming full responsibility for the financial management of your project, ensuring stringent control over Target Cost, actual expenditures, and forecasts through commercial insight and utilizing site-based systems such as CEMAR.
