  • You will be accountable for student success, providing a rich curriculum, monitoring academic progress, and ensuring timely completion and achievement. This includes recruitment, offering guidance on progression pathways, and fostering industry connections that enhance student experiences.
  • You will play a crucial role in creating engaging resources that inspire exceptional learning and will be responsible for tracking and assessing learner progress to promote positive outcomes.
  • You will bring the subject matter to life through a blend of practical, theoretical, and digital methods, engaging learners and equipping them with essential skills, knowledge, and behaviors for their future careers.

Applicants should possess a vocational qualification at Level 3 or higher, along with relevant industry experience, and a teaching qualification or a willingness to pursue one.


  • A Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths is required, or a commitment to achieve this.
  • With a passionate and engaging demeanor, you will have the capability to inspire students and assist them in developing technical aviation skills to reach their full potential.
