As a Senior Construction Site Manager, you will collaborate with the Construction team to oversee projects that enhance and support local communities.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the client's quality standards.
- Exhibiting strong financial acumen.
- Maintaining accurate site records.
- Leading the team and clarifying roles and responsibilities.
- Managing projects valued between £2M and £40M.
Candidate Profile:
This Senior Construction Site Manager position is ideal for you if you possess:
- Relevant experience in the construction sector.
- Necessary certifications, such as SMSTS.
- Background in managing projects in educational, healthcare, and office environments.
