Key Responsibilities
  • Planning & Strategy
    • Develop and implement account strategy, including complex, cross-channel media plans.
    • Forecast spend and performance accurately and communicate clearly internally and externally.
    • Design and implement innovative strategic tests to gain deeper insights on performance and value.
    • Outline and organize measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery.
    • Review and recommend new, innovative tests, tools, or ideas to clients at least quarterly.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Update clients on campaign insights and recommendations, as well as industry best practices.
    • Pitch new innovative tests, tools, and ideas.
    • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure they are fully informed on activities and additional opportunities.
    • Develop processes and services that add value to existing clients and ensure their experience with Realtime Agency is best-in-class.
  • Project Management
    • Project manage complex workflows and multi-team projects, ensuring all client projects are delivered within agreed SLAs.
    • Oversee internal account operations, including onboarding, account setup, reporting infrastructure, communication channels, asset organization, and troubleshooting issues.
    • Manage and oversee communication between activation teams and client contacts.
  • Account Growth and Innovation
    • Onboard new accounts and manage account spend, leveraging opportunities.
    • Grow and develop existing accounts organically on existing channels and identify additional commercial opportunities where appropriate.
    • Proactively manage contract renewals by implementing innovative strategies that drive impact beyond the client, project, or team.
    • Contribute to RFPS, research new tools, products, and tech that could bring additional value to the client and improve Realtime Agency's service offerings.
    Requirements
    • Degree in business, math, marketing, engineering, science, or similar.
    • 2-3 years of hands-on paid advertising experience (agency experience preferable).
    • Proven track record of success with advertising campaigns.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives and deadlines.
    • Experience with website and lead analytics (UTM tagging, Social Ad publishing tools such as Sprinklr or Kenshoo, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
    • Ad platform certifications (Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, DSP-specific certifications).
    • Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Well-organized and flexible, able to move from project to project without delay.
    • A passion for Digital Marketing and learning.
