We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Accountant to join our team at Marc Daniels. As a key member of our External Reporting team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our statutory financial statements. Your responsibilities will include preparing consolidated financial statements, managing internal and external stakeholders, and preparing technical accounting papers to support complex technical judgments. You will also be responsible for liaising with divisional finance teams, managing external auditors, and assisting with the implementation of new accounting standards. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a recognized accountancy qualification, recent experience in auditing or preparing financial statements for a large group, and a sound understanding of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
