Position Details:

Role: Sous Chef

Compensation: £28,000 - £32,000

Working Hours: 11am - 10pm (Close)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively in a dynamic kitchen setting.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality, flavorful dishes.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety practices.
  • Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and management tasks.
  • Contribute to menu planning and development initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency in flavor and presentation across all dishes.
  • Guide and mentor junior kitchen staff.
