Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our multidisciplinary team in our Community Intermediate Care Centre (CICC). As a valued member of our Trust, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, person-centered care to patients with sub-acute healthcare needs.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing patient care in line with individual care plans, under the direct supervision of registered nurses or other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Assisting with patient transfers, using handling aids as necessary.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring and compassionate attitude, with a strong desire to help people.
  • Ability to work shift patterns over a 24-hour period.
