Job Summary:
MindWise is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tenancy Support Specialist to join our team. As a Tenancy Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred, high-quality support to clients within the South Antrim area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tenancy support services to a range of clients, liaising with referral agents and key stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality support.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized support plans.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure clients are receiving the best possible support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral agents and key stakeholders to ensure a smooth referral process.
Requirements:
- Level 2 Essential Skills in Maths and English or GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English.
- A minimum of 3-6 months recent experience in providing support to people with mental illness, either in a paid or voluntary position.
- NISCC Registration or eligibility to be registered from commencement of role.
- Ability to demonstrate alignment with MindWise's core values of Passion, Respect, Empathy, Togetherness, Openness & Transparency.
