- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
- Proven experience in a management role within a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the rental industry, with the ability to analyze data and drive business growth.
