The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Digital Advisory Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our Emerging Technology Law team, you will play a central role in helping in-house counsel respond to complex and evolving emerging tech law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on legal and regulatory matters relating to AI, blockchain, and digital assets.
  • Conduct research on legal and regulatory matters using the Internet and other digital tools.
  • Manage specialist library, training, and legal know-how materials relating to AI law.
  • Assist with document management and production of business development materials.
  • Create and maintain know-how files and distribute them to our Global AI Advisory Group.
  • Update relevant codes, legislation, and regulations.
  • Prepare content for marketing and business development activities.
  • Collect and ensure data on internal and client activities remains up to date.
  • Stay abreast of news on emerging technology law and share insights with clients and sectors.
  • Carry out data collection and analysis on our firm's activities.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
  • Excellent academics (minimum 2:1 degree).
  • SQE / LP preferable but not essential.
  • 6 months to a year's work experience in an office-based environment (preferable but not essential).
  • Strong IT literacy and ability to learn new software and IT applications.
  • Experience working in a professional services environment, preferably large international law firm.
  • Solutions-oriented, curious, and creative thinker with a strong interest in emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills and analytical ability.
