Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Assessment:
    • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and instructional materials to ensure apprentices are fully engaged and supported in their learning journey.
    • Integrate modern technology and learning strategies into your teaching to enhance the learning experience and prepare apprentices for the demands of the industry.
  • Apprentice Support:
    • Provide academic and pastoral support to apprentices, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
  • Curriculum Development:
