Field Clinical Specialist - Electrophysiology

Position Overview:

Become a vital member of the Boston Scientific team as a Field Clinical Specialist, where you will contribute to addressing significant challenges within the healthcare sector. In this role, you will deliver both field and remote clinical, technical, and educational assistance in the Electrophysiology domain, focusing on enhancing customer engagement with our product offerings.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clinical support for company products in the field and remotely.
  • Participate in medical procedures in person or virtually to provide guidance to healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure the prompt collection and submission of medical documentation.
  • Assist the team in meeting sales objectives and driving revenue growth.
  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with hospital staff.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with effective solutions.
  • Document activities in the company's customer relationship management system.
  • Facilitate educational support regarding product application and training.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Electrophysiology or Cardiac Rhythm Management.
  • Based in London or open to relocation.
  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Capability to comprehend and convey technical information.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Self-driven with the capacity to influence others.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Availability to work during weekends.
