Key Responsibilities of a Recruitment Administrator include:

Manage job postings, including creating, updating templates, performing spot checks, and deactivating outdated listings. Supervise the internal referral program and assist with data accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Handle recruitment email communications and prepare monthly reports on active vacancies for the team. Provide administrative assistance by developing presentations, organizing documents and folders, and generating reports. Collaborate with stakeholders, coordinate schedules, and document notes or minutes during meetings.

To excel as a Recruitment Administrator, you should possess:

Strong communication abilities (both written and verbal). High proficiency in written English with a meticulous eye for detail in spelling and grammar. Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment. A proactive, positive attitude, with the capability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Proficiency in IT and the aptitude to quickly adapt to new systems.
