About the Role

Page Personnel Finance is seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our team in Crawley. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and financial stability by providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend identification, and profitability analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Financial Strategy: Support the development of financial strategies that enhance business performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.
  • Financial Metrics: Monitor key financial metrics and offer recommendations for cost reduction and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: May be working towards an Accountancy qualification.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Financial Modeling: Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience: May have previous experience as a Finance Analyst.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-Starter: Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
