Job Title: Switchgear Sales Engineer

Location: Belfast

Salary: £26,000+ per year (depending on experience)

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday; 08:30-17:00

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Sales Engineer to join our team at Ashton Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their technical switchgear needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Quotations and Order Processing: Create accurate quotations and process orders in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
  • Product Selection: Work closely with customers to select the most suitable electrical switchgear products to meet their requirements.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Electrical Switchgear Experience: Proven experience in electrical switchgear sales or a related field.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers.
  • Initiative: Proactive and able to work with initiative without supervision.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate with excellent attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Excel: Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
