Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Sales Engineer to join our team at Ashton Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their technical switchgear needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Quotations and Order Processing: Create accurate quotations and process orders in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
  • Product Selection: Work closely with customers to select the most suitable electrical switchgear products to meet their requirements.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements:

  • Electrical Switchgear Experience: Proven experience in electrical switchgear sales or a related field.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to manage time effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
