Job Title: Outreach Support Worker

CJP Outreach Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Outreach Support Worker to join our dynamic team. As an Outreach Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to individuals in the community.

About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of empathy, understanding, and adaptability. You will work closely with individuals and their support networks to tailor care to their specific needs, addressing challenges such as epilepsy, visual impairment, and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to individuals in the community
  • Manage epilepsy and address challenging behaviors with empathy
  • Assist with mobility challenges and adapt communication methods for visual impairment
  • Foster emotional well-being and work closely with individuals and their support networks
Requirements:
  • Experience in healthcare and understanding of learning disabilities, epilepsy, and challenging behaviors
  • Compassionate approach to care and ability to work independently in the community
  • Ability to use own initiative and work flexibly to meet the needs of individuals
