Job Summary:
Insite Finance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and providing strategic insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 3 finance professionals to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Partner with senior business leaders to provide financial insights and drive decision-making, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead commercial budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to inform business strategy.
- Develop and improve business models and financial reporting to enhance decision-making.
- Create scenario models and offer clear recommendations to support business growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing to improve ROI reporting and optimize marketing spend.
- Support the development and implementation of new financial systems to improve efficiency.
- Lead the automation of regular reports and development of business intelligence tools to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Attend and contribute to key business meetings as a finance representative, providing expert financial guidance.
- Manage costing processes and pricing for commodity fluctuations to ensure optimal financial performance.
- Develop financial acumen within the team and among non-financial colleagues to promote financial literacy.
