As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing transactional HR support to our global employees, managing people data, policies, and procedural changes, as well as Reward, ED&I, and TUPE administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a transactional HR & Payroll team, supporting employees globally
  • Full accountability for the HRIS and people data
  • Accountability for 9 different internal payrolls
  • Work with the technology team to build people dashboards, deciding on key people metrics that will support day-to-day management of teams and feed into the wider people plan
  • Design and deliver training to the wider business on HR best practice and processes
  • Redesign internal processes to create simpler and more efficient ways of working
  • Full accountability for HR compliance and GDPR processes
  • Support on internal and external audits, providing people data as and where needed
  • Deliver on a range of administrative HR duties for TUPE, Pension, Benefits, etc.
