Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Café Manager to join our team at Shaw Education Trust. As a Café Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operation of our café, which is situated in Newcastle-under-Lyme. You will work closely with college staff and students to support the training of young people in various roles within the café.
About the CaféThe Community Junction Café is a project ran by the staff and students of Newfriars College. The café is open to the public and provides young people with additional needs the opportunity to develop valuable employability skills. This is an exciting opportunity to manage an inclusive café and be involved in this project.
About the CollegeNewfriars College is an 16-25 Specialist College with its main site in Stoke-on-Trent. We offer an exciting and creative curriculum for young people aged 16-25 with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities. We are proud of the work we do helping our young people develop the preparation for adulthood skills they need when they leave college.
