Both restaurants offer a range of drinks and a welcoming atmosphere.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our brands and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will need to have a great understanding of customer needs, be able to remain calm under pressure, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Be the face of our brands and represent our company values
  • Work closely with the Cleaver & Wake team to support hosting in the evenings
  • Support the events team with enquiries and provide administrative support
  • Be flexible with your rota and work on average 20 hours per week
